Why is our pasta so dark?
Our pasta is so dark because it’s an Artisan product made with our Stone-ground organic flours and is therefore rich in fiber, vitamins, mineral salts and antioxidants of which wheat germ is rich.
We have been used to a clear, industrial, refined, too processed pasta that has nothing more than wheat and its properties.
Our pasta is really healthy, less caloric and therefore more suitable for weight control and also suitable for those who have to control blood sugar, rich in beneficial properties for everyone!!
